Once a course is purchased and access is granted to the student portal, the transaction is considered final. We encourage students to read the course descriptions thoroughly before enrolling.
In the event of a technical error resulting in a double charge for the exact same course, please contact our support team immediately. Upon verification, the duplicate transaction will be refunded to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Since access is granted instantly and indefinitely, there are no ongoing subscriptions to cancel.
